Are you wondering if you might have ADHD?

This screening tool can help you to recognize some of the signs/symptoms of adult ADHD and to evaluate the degree to which they may be present in your life. The Adult ADHD Screening Tool is from Harvard University, New York University, the W.H.O. (World Health Organization) and the Workgroup on Adult ADHD. It is a screening test that many professionals use and is also available for public use.

This short screening test can be completed in FIVE MINUTES.

The screening test is NOT designed to diagnose whether or not you have ADHD. For that you need a professional who is qualified to evaluate and diagnose ADHD.

Professionals may include a licensed psychologist or clinical social worker, psychiatrist, developmental pediatrician or medical doctor who is experienced or trained in working with the ADHD population.

Six of the eighteen questions are considered to be consistent with symptoms present in ADHD.
